Completed Project ~ Infill Development
Today Infill Development is so important to keeping our cities relevant and safe.
For about 10 years prior to the state elimating them, we worked closely with Redevelopment Agencies in various cities to breathe new life into worn out areas of town.
The project shown below is a result of cleaning up a contaminated trucking site and building affordable housing.
We decontaminated the site by removing the deep spill left by a diesel refueling station leak. It was challenging to clear up but brought new life to an usuable, littered site just 2 blocks from the Anaheim City Hall
