Anaheim Infill - The Boulevard Townhomes

A contaminated site called the Trucking Yard. It is located roughly two blocks from city hall. This sigte was owned by the City's Redevelopment Agency. We purchased, did the remediation and built two product types at their insistance. One product was a townhome/condo project known as The Boulvard Townhomes. The other was a small lot, single family product known as Lemon Street.
