Completed Projects ~ Production Executive Homes
The term "Executive Homes" was a definition of higher-end produciton homes with enhancments such as laundry rooms, French doors, three car garages, master suites with spearate water closet rooms, large walk in closets, double ovens and many other features not found in the traditional tract homes. These were always the most expensive production homes in the nicest areas. The design concepts were started in the late 70's and early 80's and driven largely by a legandary builder, Jim Peters. The Aikens falimly and the companies they came out of and started were early adoptors.
With our background of custom homes it was natural for us to gravitate to building the higher end produciton homes and bring a level of quality and customer service to the production housing industry that eventually gained national recognition in Professional Builder Magazine.
The following reflect a very limited listing of the thousands of production homes we have done.
The Village In Dana Point
This is a project of 71 "Executive Homes" built in Dana Point.
They had ocean views and ranged in size from about 2800 sf to about 3800 sf

Single Level Living with the Master Bedroom, formal and informal living and kitchen on the entry level. Hillside development enabled putting secondary bedrooms and spaces on a lower level
